ICN2 Plasmonic Biosensor for COVID and other conditions [02-03-2022]
An innovative nano-biosensor assay for fast, quantitative and accurate COVID-19 serology, has been developed by a team of researchers led by Prof. Laura M. Lechuga, head of the NanoBiosensors and Bioanalytical Applications Group at the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2, Barcelona, Spain). The sensor combines the high reliability of specialised laboratory analysis with the short turnaround times and simple operability of rapid self-tests.
