The above exhibition fee entitles to one free conference registration.

Equipment should be installed during 26 June, 2006. Stands equipped with panels, chairs and a table.

We also offer the distribution of technical brochures to all the participants.

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
All cancellations should be made in writing by fax (+34 91 4973471) or e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between May 12 and June 09, 2006.

50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between June 10 and June 18, 2006.

No reimbursement will be made after June 19, 2006

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the "LITHO2006" conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
